This comfortable  house is located near the school, as well as bars, restaurants, bus stops and the beach.  The property has a front patio with a covered terrace.  The main floor has an A/C unit in the lounge/dinning  area where you will find a dining table that fits 4 people, 2 sofas, flat screen TV.  There is also a full bath with shower, a kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, oven, hob, washing machine and cooking utensils; it also has a door that takes you out to a covered storage area.

On the second floor there is another A/C unit to cool both bedrooms.  The main bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and has access to the terrace.  The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.  The second floor has also a full bath with bathtub.

A 20% reservation deposit is required at time of booking.

The balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable damage deposit of 300€ which is returned within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Our office hours are 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 13:00 on Saturday.  Arrivals outside of these hours are charged at 20€ before 22:00. After 22:00, Sundays and bank holidays 40€ charge will apply.
