The townhouse has a front terrace with a dining set that sits for persons, a barbecue and has an awning that covers the whole area.  As you walk in, there is a nice living/dining area, with a very nice wooden table that fits 4 people, 2 double seater sofas and a full bathroom with a shower.  The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as basic cooking utensils.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub.  The main bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, and a small balcony with views to the clot and the Alicante mountains.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds a built in wardrobe and a desk.  There is an AC in the hall that keeps both bedrooms warm and cool depending of the season.

This property has a basement and they have arranged it to be a second living area.  However, the owners have put a single bed and a sofa bed to accommodate more guests if needed.

There is a very nicely presented roof top terrace with a round dining table that fits four and a seating area with a small sofa and 2 armchairs all of it covered by a pergola.  The views from the solarium are wonderful, on a nice day you can see the mountains.  This area is ideal to spend nice spring and autumn afternoons.

There is a very nice swimming pool area with a grass area and a separate space for smokers.  There is also a petanca area for those eager to play even in the cold months.
