• A 20% reservation deposit is required at time of booking.
• The balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable damage deposit of 300€ which is returned within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
• Our office hours are 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 13:00 on Saturday. Arrivals outside of these hours are charged at 20€ before 22:00. After 22:00, Sundays and bank holidays 40€ charge will apply.
