On entering the grounds of the property you will find yourself in total seclusion with your own private 8x4 meter pool with intergrated Jacuzzi, with a BBQ and seating area. Once inside the property you will find yourself in the first of two lounges with a large, comfortable leather sofa, the perfect space to quietly relax with a book. You continue into the main lounge where you will find another comfortable seating area with a large flat screen TV and DVD player, showing the main English, German and Spanish channels. Off the lounge there are two large bedrooms a double and a double which benefits from an en-suite walk-in shower with 'his and hers' sinks. Located outside both of the bedrooms is the family bathroom. Through the lounge there is a fully fitted kitchen leading to the terrace area with direct access to the pool and BBQ area. The property has an air conditioning unit located in the center of the property providing hot and cold air along with ceiling fans in every room.

The balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a returnable damage deposit of 250 euros which is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Our office hours are 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. Arrivals outside of these hours charged at € 20 before 20:00 thereafter, on a Sunday or a bank holiday the charge is € 40..
