A modern three bedroom ground floor apartment that offers excellent accommodation for one to five persons. The front sun terrace gets the sunshine from midday until the late afternoon whilst the raised terrace is covered and shaded for when you need to cool off! The beautiful communal swimming pool with children's pool and grassed gardens is just accross the road from the property making it quick and easy to get to when you fancy a dip. There are two folding chairs, a large patio table and six patio chairs to enjoy al fresco. Inside, the property has an ample lounge/diner with air conditioning, sofa bed, 32' flat screen TV with DVD player (Spanish channels regularly show American programmes which can be put back into the original language for English speakers), FREE WiFi,  a music system and a dining set for 4 people. The American style kitchen is well equipped and includes most appliances, the master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and access to an internal patio, the second bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning, the third bedroom has a single bed and there is a family bathroom. Local shops, supermarkets and buses are all within walking distance approximately five to ten minutes away.

Payments are to be made by bank transfer for the holiday.

A 20% reservation deposit is required at time of booking.

The balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable damage deposit of 300€ which is returned within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Our office hours are 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 13:00 on Saturday.  Arrivals outside of these hours are charged at 20€ before 22:00. After 22:00, Sundays and bank holidays 40€ charge will apply.
