A wonderful place to spend your holidays having a sunny large terrace overlooking the communal gardens that lead to the communal swimming pool. This tranquil setting has use of a barbecue, patio furniture and loungers, a large awning for some shade, a comfortable living room with a large television offering British television channels, WiFi internet connection, an open plan kitchen, three bedroom (two doubles and one bunk bed), two bathrooms and a rear terrace. The property has the benefit of air conditioning fitted in the lounge and master bedroom.    

The gardens make an ideal setting to relax and can be enjoyed by the family. The large communal pool is just a few steps away and has a children's splash pool and seating area also. There are several bars, restaurants and shops locally and a bus stop which goes to the beach and Alicante is very close by.

• Linen and towels are 10 euros per person.
• You can pay by credit/debit card (1% bank charge) or bank transfer.
• A 20% reservation deposit is required at time of booking.
• The balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a returnable damage deposit of 150 euros which is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
• Our office hours are 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 13:00 on Saturday. Arrivals outside of these hours are charged at 20€ before 22:00. After 22;00, Sundays and bank holidays 40€ charge will apply .
