The market is split between tenants needing 3 – 6 months lets as they move over during the winter months to avoid the cold back home (known as Snowbirds) and long term residents that will take out an twelve month contract (renewable if both parties are happy). These are normally retirees or local families and couples working locally.
Once we have a client to rent your property, We request work contracts,proof of income, previous address details, bank statements, organise contracts, complete an inventory check with the tenant, and for that extra price of mind you can take a contract through a Spanish arbitration company.
